The seller gives the buyer a slice of pizza on the street. Street food. Close up.

At Dustbane Products Ltd., a market-driven manufacturer dedicated to simplifying the cleaning process and exceeding cleaning expectations, "Giving meaning to your cleaning" is part of the company DNA. Based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, the Dustbane team has participated in many different random acts of kindness. For example, staff have sold drinks to raise money for meals for the homeless, mentored local students and supported local food banks.

According to Shannon Hall, CSP,CSL, vice president of sales, "We wanted to extend these random acts of kindness with some of our partners, as well."

Earlier this month, Dustbane staff partnered with Transtar Sanitation Supply to do a "Pizza Pop-Up" on East Hastings in Vancouver — an area that serves some of the most vulnerable. The Pizza Pop-Up served approximately 400 people in 45 minutes.

"What an amazing way to give back and give these folks a hot meal and show them decency and respect," said Hall. "We are so proud to have been able to participate in this great event and we look forward to working with some of our other partners to give back in their local communities."

Dustbane will be announcing some other exciting news in early November.
