Excel Dryer, Inc. announced that Sybil Jandette has joined its growing team as new business development manager, Latin America. A current resident of Mexico with extensive experience in supply chain management for manufacturers in Latin America and China, Jandette will be responsible for developing Excel Dryer’s strategy and growth in the Latin American market.
“Sybil brings her own unique experience working in the Latin American market to Excel Dryer, and we are so excited that she will be able to share her knowledge as a trusted member of our team,” said William Gagnon, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Excel Dryer. “She is a hard-working strategic thinker, and we are eager to collaborate with her to identify new business opportunities in the region.”
Jandette, who is working remotely, has a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from University of South Florida Muma College of Business. In her new role at Excel Dryer, Jandette will work closely with management to continuously monitor and grow the performance of existing Latin American distributors, build strong relationships with stakeholders across the region and develop and maintain training plans. Jandette will also review, refine and continually optimize sales-lead generation platforms to continuously increase revenue and specification rates across Latin America. In addition, she will work with inside sales representatives and existing regional distributors to close sales leads.
