Two sisters recently opened a cleaning company with hopes of bringing a little shine to a small North Carolina town.
Annie and Trinita Deaton founded Sister Act Cleaning to help bring commercial cleaning and disinfecting services to Morganton, reports The News Herald. Unlike some that have entered the cleaning industry as of late, the Deaton sisters aren't green to cleaning. Collectively, they have amassed more than a decade of working in the cleaning industry.
Annie and Trinita say they were inspired to start their own commercial cleaning service because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has had businesses and commercial property owners across the United States reconsider just how important a clean building is to the health of its occupants.
One of the sisters' first clients is the Burke County Chamber of Commerce. Fittingly, it's that same chamber that invited the sisters to participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the start of their business.
Sister Act Cleaning is prepared to cleaning offices, government buildings, day care centers and places of worship. They offer traditional services like mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming and restroom cleaning, as well the exceedingly popular service of using electronic sprayers to disinfect.
