Armchem International Corp. celebrated its grand opening of its new Sales Center, Thursday December 8th, 2011, located at Armchem International Plaza in Fort Lauderdale.

Fort Lauderdale  Mayor Jack Seiler was on hand to preside over the ceremony. " We thank Armchem for its commitment to Fort Lauderdale and to bringing jobs to the area", said Mayor Seiler.

The 5,000 sq ft facility is the latest addition to Armchem's 15,000 sq ft of customer service and warehouse space already located at Armchem International Plaza located at 3563 NW 53rd Court in Fort Lauderdale

"Armchem International has been able to take advantage of our company's strengths to grow in even the toughest of economies", said Andrew Brahms President "We will be adding 50-100 positions over the next 6-12 months and 10 positions immediately", Brahms added.

Another reason for Armchem’s expansion is the growth of the “green” market.  “Armchem has made a commitment to the environment and to serving government and corporate clients with green mandates, by adding a full line of green paper products, trash liners, cleaners and degreasers,” Brahms said,  "this is a major area of focus for our company for 2012".
