Legally-binding contract

Germinator Mobile Sanitizing and Disinfecting, a broad-spectrum sanitization, disinfection and deodorization provider, has been awarded a vendor contract with TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative, a statewide purchasing cooperative hosted by Region 16 Education Service Center in Amarillo, Texas.

TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative is the Texas representative of the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA), a national non-profit organization whose members share the common goal of saving public agencies money. AEPA represents the buying power of 29 states and 25 million students across the country. Germinator was among a select few companies specializing in sanitization and disinfection to be awarded with the exclusive contract, which enables it to service school districts across the Texas Panhandle and the entire state of Texas. The Texas Panhandle consists of 62 school districts and two charter schools with 226 campuses in a 26,000-square-mile area.

“We are excited to work with TexBuy Purchasing Cooperative to provide our high-quality sanitizing and disinfecting services to hundreds of schools across the state of Texas,” says Jeff Gill, chief executive officer of Germinator. “As we approach the new school year, there are still many unanswered questions regarding how to safely navigate reopening and exactly how and when that will happen. We want to do our part in helping to create safe environments for students and staff and provide a sense of assurance during these difficult times.”

Germinator recently opened franchises in Lubbock and Amarillo, Texas – with plans to open more locations throughout Texas in the coming months. The company provides a 100 percent safe and non-toxic sanitizing and disinfecting process, utilizing breakthrough technology scientifically proven to help reduce the spread of harmful bacteria and viruses similar to the novel coronavirus. Since February, the company has embarked on 18 new franchises in 10 states. With its national expansion, Germinator has provided businesses and residents a way to safely navigate reopening amid the pandemic.
