Global Shop Solutions’ customer Aneesa Muthana, President and Owner of Pioneer Service Inc., has been featured on the front page of Crain’s Chicago Business for her ongoing work to fill the labor and wage gap in the primarily male-dominated industry of manufacturing.

Pioneer Service continues to expand outreach programs to young girls with the potential to not only become difference-makers, but decision-makers in manufacturing. Muthana and her team work with local colleges, associations, and elected officials to cultivate interest and inspire young students.

“As more women enter the industry, both [labor and wage] gaps will soon be history,” explains Muthana.
