Guardian Service Industries Partners with 55 Water Street

Guardian Service Industries, Inc. was recently awarded the janitorial and related services contract for one of New York’s largest commercial properties, the prestigious 55 Water Street.

Co-owners Alan Bressler and Sandy Herzfeld stated that “55 Water Street is an extremely prestigious address and we are very pleased to add it to our portfolio. We are honored to have been awarded this project and look forward to working closely with New Water Street Corporation.”

Guardian will be providing Janitorial, Window Cleaning and Pest Control services for the 3.8 million square foot facility.
