Guy Robarge, District Manager for FBG Services in Lincoln, Neb., has achieved the ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) “ISSA Certification Expert” (I.C.E.) designation after successfully completing specialized training and testing requirements. His official credentials are for both CIMS I.C.E. and CIMS-Green Building I.C.E. certifications.

“The I.C.E. certification covers a range of proven management processes and procedures that comply with the leading standards and best practices for our industry,” Robarge explained. “The certification represents a commitment to excellence and quality services that are customer-driven. And the Green Building component demonstrates expertise in sustainable cleaning programs.”

As an I.C.E. certified professional, Robarge is trained on CIMS management practices designed to assist customers in improving their operations by finding solutions to everyday issues. The designation also qualifies him to provide training and consulting services to assist cleaning organizations in achieving CIMS and CIMS-Green Building certification.

With more than 40 years of industry experience, Robarge assumed management of FBG’s Lincoln district in 2000. He was one of the first to receive the Registered Building Services Manager (RBSM) in 1981, which is a symbol of accomplishment and excellence for building service contracting personnel.

Administered by ISSA, a not-for-profit association founded in 1923, CIMS was developed specifically by the cleaning industry and for the cleaning industry. ISSA’s membership is comprised of manufacturers, distributors, manufacturer representatives, facility service providers and industry consultants.
