Highlands announces that Stuart Robertson has joined Highlands as business development manager in the Mid Central region.
Stuart is based in the Kansas City areas and is responsible for strengthening customer relationships and key accounts in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
