Hospeco Brands Group has completed its acquisition of Nuance Solutions, a Chicago-based manufacturer of branded and private label household and industrial chemical cleaning products. The acquisition strengthens Hospeco Brands Group’s already robust chemicals, wipes and air care businesses. The addition of Nuance, along with recent acquisitions of Innocore, Chemcor, and NILodor, represents Hospeco Brands Group’s North American chemical processing business, which consists of manufacturing capacity on both coasts, Canada, and now the Midwest, and offers customers reduced transportation costs, more efficient delivery times, and minimized supply chain risks.
Hospeco Brands Group is a global and leading manufacturer of wiping solutions, personal care, odor control, cleanroom, safety, textiles, and specialty products to serve building management, industrial and manufacturing, food service, education, healthcare and life sciences, hospitality and wellness, and myriad other markets.
The company, which has grown significantly by coupling strong organic growth with strategic acquisitions, executed a seamless transition for existing Nuance customers and their employees. The purchase creates stability and growth opportunities for the workforce, while also introducing Nuance customers to the broad breadth of Hospeco Brands Group’s complementary, supplementary, and bespoke product lines. The integration ensures all customers benefit from the strength and scale of a large global manufacturer with all the expertise and agility of a single-category provider.
