The continued police brutality towards Black people and the mistreatment of people of color in society has drawn protests and conversation across the United States. Now many people are making pledges to better understand the role of race in society, especially white people. Some are also urging companies to action against racism.

For example, Harvard Business Review published a story in early June suggesting that U.S. businesses take further action to help promote equality. Not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it can go a long way towards helping their own employees of color.

Citing Harvard Business Review's report, LinkedIn shared some of its resources from "LinkedIn Learning" that help businesses to review the latest teachings on diversity and inclusion. The courses include: Unconscious Bias; Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging; Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences and more.
