The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) is pleased to introduce the two inspirational speakers who are set to open and close its flagship annual event, the World Workplace Conference and Expo held in Denver, Colorado, Oct. 7-9, 2015. Registration for World Workplace Conference and Expo is currently open at www.worldworkplace.org.
What: IFMA’s World Workplace Conference and Expo
When: Oct. 7-9, 2015
Where: Colorado Convention Center, 700 14th Street, Denver, Colorado, USA
This year marks IFMA’s 35th year of supporting and advancing the facility management (FM) profession. One important way that IFMA has accomplished this has been by inspiring FM professionals to “Collaborate to Innovate,” — the theme of this year’s conference.
Opening Keynote: Josh Linkner
The opening keynote address will create an atmosphere of excitement for the conference to come. This year, participants will experience a rousing address from Josh Linkner, a tech entrepreneur and investor, best-selling author and weekly contributor to Inc. Magazine, Forbes and the Detroit Free Press. Linkner’s keynote, “Harnessing Innovation: Turning Raw Ideas Into Powerful Results,” offers practical advice for FM professionals to immediately increase creative output and deliver bottom-line results. Linkner will be available on the expo floor to sign his latest book, “The Road to Reinvention: How to Drive Disruption and Accelerate Transformation,” immediately following his address.
Closing Keynote: Neil Pasricha
The closing address will inspire attendees to bring the excitement and energy of the conference back to work with them. New York Times bestselling author Neil Pasricha will do just that with his keynote address, “The 3 A’s of Awesome: How to Be Awesome at Work!” Pasricha is a self-made happiness expert and author of the international bestseller, “The Book of Awesome,” who will challenge attendees to raise expectations of themselves and commit to the habit of happiness every day. He will be available to sign his books immediately following his address.
In addition to top keynote talent, participants at World Workplace will enjoy appearances from Denver Bronco cheerleaders and drumliners, the Denver Big Blue Bear and the legendary country music band Sawyer Brown.
