The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) has named Aaron Clark as vice president of corporate services. Clark is based in Houston, Texas, USA and assumed his new role on Oct. 27, 2014.

“Aaron’s diverse experience and get-it-done attitude make him a natural fit on IFMA’s executive team,” said IFMA president and CEO Tony Keane. “The culture of progress and innovation that our members and partners expect from us is achieved as the direct result of the quality and dedication of our staff leadership team within the association. I am confident that Aaron will enhance this culture.”

Clark has more than 16 years of business expertise in the areas of operations, IT, strategy and finance. He served as chief financial officer of Si Environmental based in Houston where he was responsible for accounting, finance, HR, capital structure and strategic planning. He also served as financial director and director of organizational change management at SouthWest Water where he worked for five years.

“I am excited to join IFMA to assist with its ambitious growth plans and to look for ways to help our members benefit from the association,” said Clark. “It is both a great honor and an inspiration to join a team with such a strong reputation for creating value for members and the industry.”

Clark holds a leadership certification from Rice University, a Master’s of Business Administration in finance from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in general studies from the University of Michigan.
