ISS A/S (ISS), a leading global workplace experience and facilities management company, has announced the appointment of Alice Fournier as Chief Information Officer, Americas. In this role, Alice will be responsible for leading the company’s deployment of IT and digital systems and solutions across its Americas region.

Alice brings to this role 20 years of experience driving transformation in organizations through technology, products, and services. Prior to joining ISS, she held senior leadership roles at WD-40 and Kantar, a leading analytics and market research firm, as well as with BIC and creative agencies. Alice holds a bachelor’s degree from the Université du Quebec à Montreal, as well as several professional certifications, and is fluent in English and French.
