ISSA Hygieia Network, an ISSA Charities signature program dedicated to the advancement and retention of women in the cleaning industry, announced its upcoming virtual Networking and Leadership Conference: Advancing the Next Generation of Women Leaders. 

The conference will be held online on Wednesday, Aug. 12 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. central time.

“Even during this uncertain time, ISSA Hygieia Network is committed to fostering an open community and providing networking and educational opportunities for all,” says Dr. Felicia L. Townsend, program director, ISSA Hygieia Network. “Attending professional development conferences to invest in your career and build connections should not be put on hold. We look forward to hosting our virtual conference.”

The ISSA Hygieia Networking and Leadership Conference: Advancing the Next Generation of Women Leaders will focus on the topics related to career building and leadership strategies. Attendees will have a chance to connect with one another, participate in online activities, and more. The event will also feature presentations from two executive leaders in the professional cleaning industry, including Susan Gambardella, president of Kimberly-Clark Professional North America, and Scott Salmirs, president and CEO of ABM.
