Ryan Companies' Capella Tower in Minneapolis, Minn, an emblem of the Minneapolis skyline, has been recognized — the tower has been designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. The BOMA 360 Performance Program validates and recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management.

Capella Tower, which opened in 1992, has become a staple of the Minneapolis skyline; its distinct halo lights downtown Minneapolis, celebrating the Midwestern city. Apart from receiving the BOMA 360 Designation in October, the tower changed the downtown skyline in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. For the month, Capella Tower illuminated the city by lighting its iconic halo in pink. Ryan Companies also teamed up with the American Cancer Society and their Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign to light the I-35 bridge with pink lights for the weekend of the campaign's walk at Lake Nokomis—all to generate breast cancer awareness.

The BOMA 360 Performance Program is a building designation program that evaluates properties in six areas:  building operations and management; life safety/security/risk management; training and education; energy; environment/sustainability; and tenant relations/community involvement.
