The Bayonne, N.J.-based distributor of food service and janitorial supplies expects the combined businesses to generate more than $325 million in annual revenue, partially from expanded services such as retail items. The company also announced it has secured 139,000 square feet in the Pulaski Distribution Center, in Jersey City, N.J. to accomodate the expansion. The site is currently under construction and will open in 2014.

A company release says both Morton and Imperial Bag will retain their respective names, as well a their management and sales force teams.
