Imperial Dade, a distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies, announced the acquisition of East Continental Supplies, LLC, otherwise known as EC Supplies. 

The transaction represents the 35th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, CEO and President of Imperial Dade, respectively. 

EC Supplies is a specialty distributor of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment with one facility in Miami. With over 17 years of experience, the company has built a positive reputation for its sales force, wide breath of products, and customer service. 

By leveraging Imperial Dade’s existing platform in the southeast, Imperial Dade said EC Supplies' customers can expect the same customized service coupled with an even greater offering of products and solutions.
