Diana Stewart, second-generation president of Danville, Illinois-based EnvirOx, LLC, was recently profiled in The News-Gazette, where she was asked about the pandemic, business and what it's like to be a leader during these difficult times. Although she mentions various struggles, she instead focuses on the "pockets of positivity, hope and good things that are possible."

Stewart tells Editor Jeff D'Alessio: "We could all choose to elevate those good things, take better care of one another and bring our best selves forward. I know it’s possible, because I see our team members do it every day. I choose to have hope.”

The two go on to discuss topics like the importance of kindness in the workplace, how to make the most out of meetings, the biggest challenges to leadership, business risks, how to stay organized and more.
