JanPak, Inc. hosted a Building Service Contractor & Property Management Symposium that brought together the company’s top BCS & Property Management Specialists for an intensive two-day session that featured industry leading experts.

The 2012 BSC & Property Management Symposium was designed to educate the company’s BCS & Property Management Specialists on key trends taking place in the industry and equip them with the critical knowledge necessary to address those needs.  

The Symposium featured Dave Frank, President of the American Institute for Cleaning Sciences (AICS), who led a session that focused on cleaning industry macro trends.  The Symposium also featured a robust panel discussion, including Dave Frank, Larry McAlpin, VP of Strategic Projects at Riteway, and Brian Davis, VP of Operations at Marsden.  

The Panel addressed key issues relating to maximizing competitive differentiation, cleaning & management standards programs, productivity, quality control & performance tracking, tenant retention, sustainability, and spend management.  

The Symposium also featured Patrick Malik, Operations Manager for Stirling Properties, who led a session that focused on the state of the commercial real estate industry.  

The Symposium was supported by and featured manufacturers, including Georgia-Pacific, Kimberly Clark, Gojo, Diversey, Spartan Chemical, Rubbermaid, and ProTeam, who educated the team on the latest innovations to address the most critical needs facing these customers.
