Imperial Dade, a distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies, has announced the acquisition of Cosgrove Enterprises, Inc. The transaction represents the 33rd acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, CEO and president of Imperial Dade, respectively.

Headquartered in Miami, Cosgrove is a distributor of janitorial supplies with six total facilities across Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. With over 40 years of experience, the company has built a strong reputation for its knowledgeable sales force, wide breath of products, and customer service.
