Busch has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Wright State University. She joined Nexstep in 2010 as the sales and marketing administrator and advanced to the director of sales position in 2012. She has progressed in the company due to her high energy and commitment and the passion she brings to her job.

Busch will be moving back to Springfield, Ohio, with her husband, Brad, and will be working in Nexstep’s corporate headquarters.
