John Oswald, Director of Business Development with 4M Building Solutions, received his Facilities Management Professional (FMP) designation. The FMP designation is earned through the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and is a knowledge-based credential for Facility Management professionals and industry suppliers looking to increase their depth-of-knowledge and enhance their skills in facility management.

John graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point in 2011 and, after 5 years as a combat engineer in the Army, moved to San Antonio as the director of Business Development for 4M Building Solutions. He leads sales and marketing for 4M in San Antonio and its surrounding areas. He also serves on the Communications Committee, Programs Committee, Golf Committee, and Membership Committee of BOMA and has been an active IFMA member since 2016 including becoming a member of the San Antonio Chapter’s Board of Directors.
