KSS Enterprises Expands Business With Two Acquisitions

KSS Enterprises, a Michigan-based distributor of cleaning supplies, packaging supplies, and cleaning equipment, has announced two recent acquisitions; Midland Chemical Company and Midland Paper Company, both located in Midland, Michigan. These investments represent an important strategic opportunity for KSS to enhance and expand their services in the region and compliment their other locations. The companies will combine to give KSS their ninth location; eight in Michigan and one in Northern Indiana.

KSS is bringing these operations together and expanding in a new facility, located at 4600 James Savage Rd, Midland, MI 48642. The location includes a showroom, distribution center and offices. The showroom is open to both commercial and residential customers for cleaning supplies, equipment, and packaging supplies. The current staff members will remain as a part of the KSS organization.
