Kleen-Tech Services Corporation has acquired National Facility Services, according to an announcement from Pursant. Pursant's client, Hennick & Company, owned National Facility Services.

National Facility Services is a United States-based provider of facility maintenance and janitorial services to the common areas of multi-family condominiums, homeowner associations, residential communities and commercial properties throughout the Southeastern United States.

Pursant represented Hennick & Company in its sale of National Facility Services. Pursant leveraged its extensive knowledge of the facilities services sector to prepare the company for sale and then marketed the company to a select pool of potential acquirers. Kleen-Tech emerged as a potential acquirer with a similar culture and complementary services.
