Lester Moreau of Kingston, New York, has been named Staffing Manager at LCS Facility Group, provider of facilities solutions.
In the role of Staffing Manager, Moreau will have a strategic focus on identifying and placing the best talent to meet the clients’ current and future needs in all New York, California and Texas locations. In his new role, Moreau will oversee the recruiting procedures in accordance to labor legislations, while creating a candidate persona for each open position that meets the organizational culture of each client.
Moreau comes to LCS with 8-years’ experience in staffing and recruitment management, and he has a proven successful track record in the development of staffing processes and the implementation of staffing and recruitment innovations that lead to the selection of the best and most qualified candidates for each position.
A longtime resident of Kingston, N.Y., Moreau earned his Associates of Arts degree from SUNY Ulster Community College located in Stone Ridge, N.Y., Upon completion of his degree, Moreau spent time working in the cleaning industry before beginning his career in 2011 as the Hiring Manager for Aptos in Newburgh, N.Y., At Aptos, Moreau earned the accolade of, “Employee of the Quarter” as well as multiple awards for “Support VIP” throughout his 8-year employment.
