Efrain Herrera has been named Director of Operations – California at LCS Facility Group, the region’s most experienced and largest provider of facilities solutions. Herrera will lead the company’s cleaning and facility management services in California.
In this capacity, Herrera will provide operational leadership, working collaboratively with team members to design and execute key strategies to support, enhance and grow LCS operations in the State of California. LCS expanded its operations in the Napa, California area two years ago and currently has more than 60 employees.
Herrera will help identify new business opportunities in conjunction with the sales and business development department. Following the execution of new contracts, he will also direct the start-up of operations and ensure appropriate management oversight.
Herrera comes to LCS with a strong operations background. Herrera previously served as operations manager for Sodexo-Chevron Global Headquarters. In his former role, Herrera was responsible for developing and managing all facilities employees, including hiring, retention, performance management, safety audits and daily supervision.
Herrera holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from San Jose State University.
