Lonza Consumer Care has authorized KODA Care, a division of KODA Distribution Group, Inc., to serve as Lonza’s exclusive third-party distributor of Hygiene and Personal Care products in designated regions of North America effective 1 December 2014.
KODA Care’s authorization to sell Lonza Hygiene products includes all of Canada, as well as Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia in the United States. KODA Care’s authorization to sell Lonza Personal Care products includes all of Canada and the states east of the Rocky Mountains in the United States, though Lonza will maintain direct sales of active ingredients in the northeast United States.

We expect the arrangement to yield strong growth in our base business, as well as an ever-richer developmental pipeline.”
