Tim Murch, president of Mitch Murch's Maintenance Mangement Company (MMMM), a full-service janitorial contract cleaning services company, announced it has acquired the contract cleaning firm Vivid Cleaning Inc. from industry veteran Mike Wilcox. 
 
The St. Louis-based contractor said Wilcox will stay on with MMMM as regional sales manager. 
 
A release stated Wilcox has been interested in taking his company to the next level and has always admired MMMM’s reputation in the industry.  MMMM will continue to provide the same services that Mike Wilcox built his reputation on, along with the enhanced opportunities for growth that a larger company brings.   
 
“We have the same philosophies about business and about our Team Members," Wilcox said.  "I was looking for a company to merge with that would treat my clients and Team Members as well as I have and one that offers additional capabilities, resources, systems, and unique processes. MMMM is that and more."

MMMM is headquartered out of St. Louis with more than 3,000 employees in 300 accounts servicing over 60 million square feet throughout the entire Midwest and Southeast.
