American Security L.L.C. is a national security services contractor headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. HUB Enterprises is headquartered in Broussard, Louisiana with a secondary office location in Mississippi. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition of HUB Enterprises will allow American Security to expand its capacity and capabilities in Louisiana and the southeastern United States. HUB Enterprises was established in 1966 and offers an extensive range of protective services, including uniformed guards, patrol and alarm response, aviation screening, emergency and disaster response, executive protection, and security consulting. HUB has over 350 employees servicing more than 130 client locations throughout the southeastern United States.
“HUB sets a high standard for professionalism in the security industry,” says Tom Kruse, Marsden’s chief development officer. “They are uncompromising in their ethical approach to business and have a distinctive culture based on delivering their services with a focus on integrity and quality.”
HUB Enterprises will be doing business as American Security, L.L.C., d/b/a HUB Enterprises and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of American Security, L.L.C. HUB Vice President Dwayne Regan will be involved in the transition and will remain on staff as the executive overseeing HUB Enterprises operations.
“As someone who has poured their heart and soul into helping to build our company, I knew it was essential to find the right buyer who would continue our vision,” says Regan. “The American Security team was professional and understanding and truly valued our hard work and dedication. American Security showed genuine interest in our legacy, upheld our core values, and injected new energy into the company. We are thrilled with the outcome of the acquisition and look forward to seeing our legacy thrive under American Security’s leadership.”
