Mats Inc. announces new corporate headquarters location at 179 Campanelli Parkway, Stoughton, Massachusetts.

The company acquired the 55,000 square foot building in July 2014 and organized extensive renovations to build additional office space and create a contemporary workplace.

Located in the same industrial park as the former headquarters building, the new building provides the company’s employees with a commute that is 500 yards shorter.

The building’s interiors were designed with input from HGTV star Taniya Nayak and Massachusetts-based design firm Studio Troika and combine the elegance of bright whites and subtle grays with bright bursts of color for a pleasant surprise. The space features an open layout with numerous conference rooms and collaborative areas, interesting elements such as barn doors leading to a spacious training room and glass details that allow for more natural light to flow into the office. Mats Inc. flooring products have been installed throughout the building including Chicago matting in the vestibule, Floorazzo tile in the lobby, Floorworks LVT planks in executive offices, PURline botanol flooring in several conference rooms and Panorama rubber tiles in the marketing department.

“This beautiful, new building is an acknowledgement of the hard work of decades of individuals beginning with my parents Bob and Catherine Schiffmann who started Mats Inc. forty-four years ago,” stated owner and Vice President of Business Development John Schiffmann. “Since then, Mats has become a great company, and we, the owners, are committed to helping make it an even greater company with this investment in our people and our workplace.”
