Medline has officially completed the acquisition of a large share of Hudson RCI, a manufacturer of respiratory products and consumables from Telefex. The sale, which was initially announced in May 2021, brings the addition of Hudson RCI’s active humidification, oxygen and aerosol therapy, incentive spirometer products and non-invasive ventilation (NIV) offerings under the Medline umbrella. 

Medline, which has emphasized its respiratory product offerings since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic with great success, believes the acquisition will continue to help the company meet the elevated needs of healthcare clients.
