Mercantile Development Certified As A Women’s Business Enterprise

Mercantile Development, Inc. (MDI), a specialty converter of nonwoven wiping products, is pleased to announce that it has received certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
