National Service Alliance (NSA), Charlotte, North Carolina, announced that Innovative Cleaning Services (ICS), Irvine, California, has joined the organization as a member.
At ICS, operations are built upon transparent job cost analysis. This openness ensures that clients can clearly understand their investment in ICS.
“Together, with our clients, we can build the most cost-effective and operationally efficient cleaning programs. We find this critical to meeting our customer’s budgets during varying economic times,” says Jennifer Corbett-Shramo, CEO.
ICS was officially certified on Oct. 31, 2016, by Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE). The certification recognizes ICS as an independent business that is owned and run by women. ICS leadership is certified in the following CIMS, CIMS-GB, HHPC and HHPC Day Cleaning (Healthy High Performance Cleaning).
The missions and values of ICS can clearly be summarized in the phrase “Culture of Care.” Prioritizing this value is reflected in all aspects of their work. ICS focuses on a communications model that eliminates barriers between the client and the operations team, putting decades of research and advocacy in sustainable cleaning into practice. Being Green-Guard Certified, the company’s cleaning processes, including chemicals, tools and equipment have the highest rating of safety.
“Our people are the foundation of our services, and our clients are our focus for creating excellence in all we deliver,” says Corbett-Shramo.
