Network Distribution announced that Christine Alamed has been elected to the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Executive Committee. BOMA International’s Executive Committee is responsible for developing the strategic direction and policies for the association. The Executive Committee works with BOMA International officers and executive staff to maximize the effectiveness of BOMA International, while ensuring resources are available to achieve its goals. This is a great honor for both Network and Christine Alamed since this is the first time a distributor has been elected to the Executive Committee.

Alamed has more than 20 years of experience working within the commercial real estate industry and has partnered with distributors and manufacturers to bring facility-enhancing solutions to customers. As an active member of BOMA Baltimore, she currently serves on BOMA Baltimore’s local association’s Community Service Committee and Programs Committee. Her contributions have also involved advising BOMA Baltimore’s Associate/Allied Member Committee on planning programs. She currently serves on BOMA International’s Membership Development Committee. In addition, she has served in leadership roles for BOMA International’s National Associate Member (NAM) Council for three years, first as a co-chair and most recently as chair, during which she has provided valuable insights on how NAMs can partner with property professionals to enhance the commercial real estate industry.
