Nexstep Commercial Products (Exclusive Licensee of O-Cedar), Springfield, Ohio, has purchased the assets of Hamburg Industries Inc., Hamburg, Pa.

Nexstep will relocate Hamburg's manufacturing and distribution facilities to its Paxton, Ill., and Springfield plants. Hamburg's product lines will be added to Nexstep's offerings. Richard Stiller, Hamburg president, will join Nexstep to help ensure a seamless transition for Hamburg customers.
