Expanding business

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services announced the purchase of two locations from a cleaning company in Wyoming and Pennsylvania. This is Office Pride’s third corporate acquisition in the year since the franchise announced it would accelerate growth through mergers and acquisitions.

Office Pride purchased two locations from Budget Janitorial in Lebanon, Pennsylvania and Douglas, Wyoming. Office Pride will operate the two locations as corporate-owned businesses until a suitable franchisee is recruited.

“Our expansion through mergers and acquisitions continues to be a vital component of our continued growth strategy,” says Josh Weis, CEO of Office Pride. “The purchase of these two locations allows us to expand our footprint and gain valuable resources that will help us continue to deliver best-in-class commercial cleaning services to our customers.”

Jessica Reppert, Budget Janitorial’s CEO, opened the company’s first location in Pennsylvania, in 2012.

“It has been a pleasure to serve the communities in Lebanon and Douglas and I have every confidence that Office Pride will continue the same high level of customer service going forward,” says Reppert. “I chose Office Pride because of their core values and faith. I have and will continue to have so much respect for the company and its team.”

Just after celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2022, Office Pride appointed Weis as CEO and announced a partnership with Trivest Partners to help fuel an aggressive, five-year development plan that includes growing the franchise system to 300 units and $300 million in systemwide sales.
