Office Pride Franchise Has New Bloomington-Martinsville Owners

A mother-and-son team are the new owners of the Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Bloomington-Martinsville, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise that serves businesses in the Bloomington, Indiana, metro area.
 
The location will serve the towns within Monroe, Morgan, Lawrence and Brown counties.
 
“It’s our goal to reflect both ours and Office Pride’s values in the relationships we build with our customers, community and employees,” says Heather Griffin. “We consider this our ‘Success Triangle.’ If we’re able to positively impact the three sides to our triangle, we’re succeeding at our job.”
 
Heather Griffin has a background in business management and data analytics. She plans to oversee the business’s administrative duties, bookkeeping and strategic planning. Griffin’s son and business partner, Caleb Giles, has prior experience in finance, business management and data analytics. He plans to focus on the company’s sales, operations, inventory management and customer and employee relations.
 
The Bloomington-Martinsville location provides a full range of janitorial services for all industries, with a primary focus on banks, churches, medical facilities, office buildings and schools in the local and surrounding areas. Services include touchless sanitizing, sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, secure trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfection, dusting, blinds cleaning, restroom replenishment, glass cleaning and the cleaning of walls, ceilings and baseboards.
