Provo, Utah–based CleanTelligent Software has announced several organizational changes intended to grow the company “to the next level,” according to company founder and President Michael Jenkins. These changes come on the heels of a successful exhibition at ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America 2015, during which CleanTelligent won its fourth ISSA Innovation Award (Visitors’ Choice) and second ISSA Best Customer Service Award.
Jenkins will continue to serve as President and CEO of the company. Jason Pyne, formerly General Manager and head of Customer Support, will now be Vice President of Operations, which oversees the Programming, Design, Quality Assurance, and IT/Stability departments. Caden Hutchens, formerly Director of Sales and Marketing, will now be Vice President of Business Development, which oversees the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support departments.
CleanTelligent Software, a cloud-based communications portal for building service contractors and facility managers, has grown almost 300 percent over the past five years to 489 companies and 28,501 users as of December 2015. Companies using CleanTelligent range from new startups to major corporations—including one with $750 million in annual revenue.
“As we grow, it is very important that we have key people in key management roles to continue our award-winning reputation of innovation and customer service,” Jenkins said. “With these promotions and new management structure, even more attention will be given to helping our customers make money.”
Vice Presidents Pyne and Hutchens are excited for the changes. “I look forward to continually improving the ways in which we design, develop, and deliver quality, functional software to those who need it most,” Pyne said.
One of the janitorial/sanitation industry’s leading software solutions, CleanTelligent offers web and mobile tools to perform inspections, submit work orders, prepare bids for cleaning jobs, and much more.
