Ed Byczynski, president and chief executive officer of PLZ Aeroscience Corporation, has named Joe O'Brien and Paul Germaine to lead the company's North American sales teams. O’Brien is responsible for the sales and marketing functions of the U.S.-based business units: Plaze, Claire, Sprayway, CPC, and Camie. Germaine is responsible for the Canadian business units, K-G Spray-Pak and Assured Packaging, says the company, which manufactures and packages aerosols. 

“PLZ Aeroscience has grown significantly in the last two years, and we are aligning our sales and marketing efforts to take advantage of the strengths of each of our business units,” said Byczynski.  “Joe O’Brien brings experience in re-engineering and managing the sales, product and marketing functions for multiple business units. Paul Germaine’s background in Personal Care and OTC Drug categories is a perfect fit for our contract packaging emphasis in Canada,” he added.
 
Joe O’Brien was most recently executive vice president at Zep Sales & Service - East.  Prior to joining Zep, O’Brien spent 12 years with JohnsonDiversey in a number of sales and marketing roles, and had previously worked at Proctor & Gamble for 11 years.

Paul Germaine has more than 25 years of experience in the contract manufacturing and packaging industry. He spent 20 years building both the Canadian and U.S. operations for CCL Custom Manufacturing as the Vice President of Sales - North America, prior to their acquisition by KIK in 2005.
