Philip Rosenau Co., Inc. has received verification for its Training Center under the Cleaning Industry Training Standard (CITS) released by ISSA – The Worldwide Cleaning Association. CITS verification ensures the training center complies with the consensus “Cleaning Industry Training Standard” and therefore meets the needs of the industry, as determined by an independent, ISSA-designated verifier. Philip Rosenau becomes the first organization to verify its training center to the standard.

The company has also announced that it will name the newly verified training center The Vincent J. Sortino Memorial Training Center. Vince was Rosenau’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing until his passing in 2012. He was instrumental in the planning and design of the training center and was the Company’s Training Manager prior to his promotion to lead the Sales and Marketing team.

To date, 26 CITS Masters have been certified through the verified Rosenau Cleaning University programs including three Rosenau Sales Leaders. Working with Accses New Jersey, more than 150 front line workers have started on the path to Masters Certification.

The Rosenau Cleaning University has provided training to cleaning professionals for more than 25 years. The fall classes begin in September at the Company’s state of the art and newly verified training center in Warminster, PA.
