Says the company: "The objective of the process is to clearly communicate to its customers, and the communities in which it conducts business, the company’s unique value position in the marketplace. The essence of the Company’s brand is that customers are supported by six value-added pillars, each of which can be leveraged in strengthening collective businesses results and relationships."

Vision statement:
‘We will deliver excellence through expertise, training and reliability by distributing knowledge, programs and products’.
