ProTeam, a manufacturer of backpack vacuums, has joined forces with the American Lung Association’s LUNG FORCE to fight against lung cancer in women. This is the next step in ProTeam’s longstanding educational partnership with American Lung Association in efforts to educate the public about the importance of healthy indoor air.
Healthy indoor air is a crucial component to ongoing lung health.
Lung disease in women is underdiagnosed and frequently untreated. As a supporter of LUNG FORCE, ProTeam has pledged to donate an initial $2,500 dollars to fight lung cancer and hold a social campaign for users to double that amount through action-triggered donations.
For every like, comment, or share of ProTeam LUNG FORCE posts on Facebook and retweet or favorite of ProTeam LUNG FORCE posts on Twitter, ProTeam will donate additional funds up to a total of $5,000 dollars to help fight against lung cancer in women.
“Since 2003, we have worked with the American Lung Association through a common goal, to protect and improve the lung health of Americans,” said ProTeam Director of Marketing Jacalyn High. “We are thrilled to be able to further contribute through this inspiring cause.”
ProTeam’s social campaign supporting the organization will be held from May 13, 2014 to August 12, 2014.
