Bornstein & Song, a research firm devoted as of late to issues surrounding the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative, is inviting GSA schedule holders to submit public comments for the next meeting of the President's Managaement Advisory Board. The meeting is schedule for Oct. 21.

FSSI has been met with much controversy from small business owners who have reported narrowed access to government contracts and restricted, or eliminated revenue since it was first implemented in office supplies in 2010. The measure is expected to extend to jan/san suppliers and maintentance repair organizations (MRO), this winter. You can read more about FSSI and the purported changes, here.

According to Bornstein & Song, public comments should be submitted to Stephen Brockelman at: stephen.brockelman@gsa.gov, by 12:30 p.m. EST, Oct. 18.

The PMAB meeting is open to the public and will be teleconferenced from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Eastern time; for those interested in listening in, dial 1-888-673-9806 and enter the passcode: 7836092.
