RJ Schinner Announces New President, Other Management Changes

RJ Schinner, Menomonee Falls, Wis., announced several management promotions.

“Our company has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, due in large part to its many great employees," said James Schinner, Chairman of the Board. "The sales increase for 2011 alone was in excess of 20 percent.

To insure stable and continued growth the Board of Directors endorses the following changes and additions to its company officers effective January 1st 2012:"

• Ken Schinner - President, succeeding James Schinner in that role.  

• James Schinner will remain as CEO and CFO.

• Paul Schinner - Executive Vice President in charge of the Southern Division.

• Jeff Heeren - Senior Vice President

• Mike Wentland - Vice President of Operations

• Michael Hunt - Vice President of Sales

• Greg Tappmeyer - Vice President of Southern Division
