R.J. Schinner Company, Inc. To Purchase Assets Of CSB

R.J. Schinner Co., Inc., a redistributor to the commercial wholesale trade, has reached agreement to purchase assets of CSB. This facility services customers in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and California.
 
It is expected that the current CSB staff will be offered positions with RJ Schinner.  Per Chuck Wuttke, President of CSB, “My team is very excited to join the RJ Schinner family!”
 
In addition to the Phoenix location, RJ Schinner has warehouses in Oakdale, MN, Columbus, OH, Lansing, MI, St. Louis, MO, Springfield, MO, Dallas, TX, Houston, TX, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA and Menomonee Falls, WI.  “Our acquisition of assets of CSB expands our distribution into the southwest.  Along with that business, this purchase will assist our ability to service distributors that are national in scope.” according to Ken Schinner, President of RJ Schinner.
