The RTF Group is proud to welcome Michael Zibrun, as Director of Business Development. Mike will be responsible for driving new sales to our manufacturer partners, sales team guidance, support, and general leadership responsibilities necessary in our rapidly growing market. 

Mike joins the RTF team from TRION Chemicals located in St. Charles, Il.; where he lead the business through rapid growth and expansion. He served as Director of Business Development and successfully grew the business exponentially through program development, new product introduction, and team leadership.

He has lead teams responsible for over $30 million dollars in annual sales and has a long history of exceeding sales forecasts.  An accomplished public speaker; he has constructed and lead corporate training programs and spoken as a key note ‘motivational’ speaker.
