Executives throughout the global cleaning product supply chain can now register for the industry’s major business-to-business event, the 2017 American Cleaning Institute (ACI) Annual Meeting & Industry Convention.

Registration is open for ACI member companies online at www.cleaninginstitute.org.

The Institute’s 91st Convention takes place January 23-28, 2017 at the Grande Lakes Orlando (Florida). The event’s theme this year is “Responding to Cleaning Needs for All Generations.”

“The 2016 ACI Convention drew nearly 1,000 business leaders from 180 different companies and 30 different countries. More than 100 companies are already registered for the 2017 Convention. Executives throughout the cleaning product supply know that the ACI Convention offers the world of cleaning in one convenient place,” said Ernie Rosenberg, ACI President & CEO.

Among the highlights of Convention Week:
 • A keynote address from Jeff Skiles, Co-Pilot of U.S. Airways Flight 1549, “The Miracle on the Hudson.”
 • “Beyond the Surface” - Consumers decode the nooks, crannies and crevices of cleaning.

For the first time in ACI’s history, Convention registrants get to meet, greet and learn from brand consumers. ACI member company Takasago will host a panel of forward-thinking consumers, spanning all ages, lifestyles and cleaning habits. These consumers will come equipped with their cleaning caddy and share their thoughts, opinions and suggestions concerning how they approach the task and the products/brands that are part of their experience. Attendees can learn from their brands’ fans and true experts, as well as ask questions about consumers’ perception of brands and products and consumer rituals and behaviors when it comes to cleaning.

The Convention also features policy and international issue briefings, meetings of ACI’s expert standing committees, and a variety of networking events throughout the week.
