Pursant Investment Banking announced that its client, Revolent Solutions Group (Revolent), a facility solutions organization providing janitorial, landscape maintenance and design, and general building maintenance to commercial, financial, educational and other facilities, has acquired Allstar Cleaning Services (ACS), a provider of janitorial services to the commercial office, manufacturing, educational, and healthcare facilities in central Florida.
For this transaction, Pursant, LLC acted as Revolent's Acquisition Strategy Management (ASM) partner, Pursant worked with Revolent to clearly define the acquisition criteria; develop a qualified pool of potential Sellers and then engage in exploratory discussions with parties to share the Revolent story and qualify companies for cultural and transactional alignment. ACS rose to the top as an excellent fit. The Pursant team went on to manage the follow-on stages of the M&A process until close.
