The “Destination Roadnet Roundup”- themed conference is custom-designed to offer current customers new insights into the use the Roadnet Transportation Suite’s routing software, as well as to provide industry information. Approximately thirty-five different breakout sessions will be offered covering topics as diverse as tracking salespeople and merchandisers, understanding overall transportation costs, extending the value of fleet management software and the effective management of fuel through vehicle telematics and energy costs.

Incorporated into the routing and fleet management conference are a number of networking functions that will create opportunities for attendees to exchange ideas and share experiences with transportation and logistics managers that utilize Roadnet Technologies’ vehicle routing, planning and scheduling software products. Customers will also be able to develop stronger relationships with the Roadnet Technologies management team.

More than 300 Roadnet Technologies routing software customers from around the world gathered in San Antonio, Texas in fall 2010 for the inaugural Users Conference. Bill Rancic, a nationally-recognized entrepreneur, best-selling author and television personality, will deliver the keynote address at this year’s users conference. Mr. Rancic is best known for being selected as the first-ever winner of NBC’s hit show The Apprentice.  He currently stars in the reality show Giuliana and Bill as well as hosting America Now.

In addition, the 2012 Roadie Award winners will be revealed at the Users Conference, a competition that recognizes customers that have achieved excellence in categories that include Running Green, Operating Efficiency and Innovation. Routing software customers can visit the Users Conference website to complete nominations for the Roadies.

“After receiving customer input over the course of several years to organize a Users Conference, the response to our inaugural effort in 2010 was overwhelmingly positive,” stated Len Kennedy, CEO of routing software company Roadnet Technologies. “Since that event, we have invested a considerable amount of effort to incorporate a higher degree of value into the upcoming conference. This will be accomplished by increasing the number of breakout sessions by approximately 40%, offering hands-on training opportunities, and adding timely and useful subject matters as prescribed by past attendees,” he added.

Roadnet Technologies is offering customers a discount “early-bird” pricing on the fleet management conference that expires on June 1.
